　As regional revitalization in Japanese society progresses, quality assurance in education is required to become more and more advanced with the times. We need to maintain a firm resolve and power to ensure and provide the quality of education that society demands, not only for the 80th anniversary of Tsuruoka Gakuen School Corporation, but also with a long-term perspective looking beyond that. We must understand and confirm the direction of the series of educational reforms being promoted by the government, and, under the founding spirit of our school, "Kiyomasa Shinjitsu," we must plan and implement concrete measures step by step in accordance with Tsuruoka Gakuen's "100-Year Vision of Education," which was established in accordance with our history and tradition, and make unremitting progress.

　Under the national government's regional revitalization policy, the environment surrounding educational corporations in Hokkaido is changing dramatically. In this environment, we will strive to ensure a sound management foundation by formulating and implementing solid plans at each of our schools.

　Based on this understanding and determination, the school has established the following basic policies for the medium- to long-term plans of the Tsuruoka Gakuen School Corporation, which will contribute to the stable operation of the corporation and each of its schools.

1. Building the "Hokkaido Bunkyo University brand" with a vision for 100 years of education

   Through the realization of Tsuruoka Gakuen's "100-Year Vision of Education," we will build a "Hokkaido Bunkyo University brand" with strong individuality and distinctiveness as an educational institution that responds to the needs of society while maintaining the history and traditions of our university.

2. Ensuring the quality of education and research and cultivating internationally minded human resources

   We pursue quality assurance of education for students, pupils and kindergarteners, and promote "Hokkaido Bunkyo University of Education." We work on various measures to materialize the educational goals and philosophy of "Hokkaido Bunkyo University of Education," and aim to develop human resources who embody the goal of "cultivating internationalism," which is the educational philosophy of the university, "From Hokkaido to Asia, and then to the world."
