Various support for realizing teaching career
Assistant Teacher
We visit elementary and junior high schools in Eniwa City about once a week to assist with classes and provide support to students. We also sometimes do this as a seminar activity.
Grassroots Teaching Practice
In cooperation with the Hokkaido Board of Education, we offer a 3-5 day school experience program at a small, remote school, allowing students to experience the appeal of small schools firsthand.

We offer lectures by external instructors every Thursday evening. These lectures support students not only with the written exam but also with preparation for the second-round interview. The center also has a selection of relevant books available for self-study.
The Teacher Training Center supports students who want to become teachers, from obtaining licenses to passing the exams and building a network after they are hired. Through various initiatives, we are cultivating teachers who can be close to children while improving their practical teaching skills.
