1. Diploma Policy
The Department of Nursing awards degrees to individuals who have completed the required curriculum, earned 124 or more credits, met all necessary requirements, and acquired the ability to contribute to the development of nursing and society, as well as a sense of social responsibility.

2. Curriculum Policy
In order to enable students to acquire specialized nursing knowledge and practice the nursing skills required for their subjects, we systematically and step-by-step arrange subjects according to developmental stage based on basic nursing, psychiatric nursing, and community home nursing, as well as subjects related to the integration and practice of nursing from the first to fourth years.
- Educational content (knowledge and skills)
- In order to develop the ability to understand the subject, the following subjects are offered: "Basic Nursing," "Adult Nursing," "Gerontological Nursing," "Pediatric Nursing," "Maternal Nursing," "Psychiatric Nursing," "Community and Home Nursing," "Nursing Integration and Practice," "Structure and Function of the Human Body," and "The Development of Disease and Promoting Recovery."
- In order to develop the ability to utilize specialized nursing knowledge to put into practice in response to health conditions and changes in those conditions, the following subjects are offered: "Basic Nursing Practicum I and II," "Adult Nursing Practicum," "Gerontological Nursing Practicum," "Pediatric Nursing Practicum," "Maternal Nursing Practicum," "Psychiatric Nursing Practicum," "Community and Home Nursing Practicum," and "Nursing Practice Management Practicum."
- In order to develop the ability to collaborate across multiple professions in health, medical care and welfare, second-year students are offered the joint courses with other departments: "Introduction to Team Medicine," "Rehabilitation Theory," and "Community-Based Comprehensive Care Systems."

- In order to foster a sense of responsibility as a member of society, we offer a series of subjects, such as "Basic Nursing Courses" and "Introduction to Careers" in the first year and "Career Development" in the third year, so that students can take steps towards career development.
- In order to foster a sense of professional ethics, a course called "Nursing Ethics" is offered in the first year so that students can protect the rights of those they care for and maintain high ethical standards.
- In order to explore scientific evidence and foster creative thinking, the course group "Nursing Research I" will be offered in the third year and "Nursing Research II" in the fourth year.
- In order to develop clinical judgment skills, students will take "Nursing Clinical Judgment" in the third year and "Clinical Judgment Training" in the fourth year.
- In order to foster an international perspective, students will be taught to read, write, listen, and speak in a foreign language, and will have an interest in making international contributions by utilizing their nursing expertise, through courses in foreign languages and global health.

- In order to foster autonomy and independent behavior as nursing professionals, first-year students will take "Basic Nursing Courses," "Introduction to Medical Care," "Nursing Ethics," liberal arts subjects such as "Life and Social Environment" and "Modern Medicine, Welfare, and Nursing," as well as career development-related subjects.
- Information processing-related subjects will be included to enable the use of ICT and electronic medical records.

- The graduation achievement level will be clearly communicated to students so that they can take action towards their career development.
- In order to develop communication skills, we will utilize active learning in all lectures, seminars, and practical courses so that students can master reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Provide opportunities to listen to lectures by people who are the recipients of nursing care so that caregivers can sincerely engage with and understand the people they care for.
- In order to develop the ability to make clinical judgments and develop the nursing process, active learning is utilized to enable students to incorporate the opinions of others and deepen their thinking.
- A variety of training facilities will be provided to enable trainees to acquire specialized nursing knowledge and to practice the nursing skills required.

1. Diploma Policy
The Department of Nursing awards a Bachelor's degree in Nursing to students who have acquired the required credits in accordance with the course regulations, completed the required number of years of study, and are deemed to have acquired the following abilities.

2. Curriculum Policy
The Department of Nursing has organized an educational curriculum that systematically arranges liberal arts subjects, specialized foundation subjects, and specialized subjects in order to cultivate the knowledge and skills necessary for nurses.
You can obtain the qualification to take the national nursing examination.

- Liberal arts subjects are provided to foster rich humanity, broad-based learning, and diverse individuality, and to foster the ability to respect the lives and rights of the people who are the subjects of nursing and to understand them holistically.
- The subjects of "Structure and function of the human body and mental and physical development" and "The origins of disease and disability and promoting the recovery process" are set out as basic specialized subjects that form the foundation for nurses to acquire knowledge and skills.
- The following subjects are offered as specialized subjects to enhance the expertise of nurses: Basic Nursing, Adult Nursing, Gerontological Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Maternal Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, and Home Nursing.
- In order to foster the foundations of practical nursing skills based on the perspective of human caring in the context of human life, we will provide ample time for practicing nursing techniques and include clinical training subjects.
