As of April 2017, it has become mandatory for all universities to formulate and publish three consistent policies (29) Graduation Certification and Degree Awarding Policy (DP), 4) Curriculum Organization and Implementation Policy (CP), and 3) Admissions Policy (AP). Hokkaido Bunkyo University has therefore established three policies for the entire university, the university (bachelor's degree program), and the graduate school (master's program) based on the "university-wide basic approach for formulating the three policies" that are based on the university's founding spirit.
