A rich international perspective and highly specialized academic and practical skills are cultivated at our university. These are important qualities required not only overseas but also in Japanese companies, which are becoming increasingly internationalized. In order to meet the diverse needs of companies and to help each student achieve their dreams and goals, our university has established the "Employment Support Committee" to provide systematic support for all aspects of job hunting.
Outside of school, we promote awareness and job development among companies in and outside of Hokkaido. Also, inside school, we provide information and individual consultations and guidance to help students decide on their future direction from a broad perspective and raise their awareness.
Job hunting starts earlier every year. Our school has established a guidance system that starts earlier and supports each and every student. Specifically, we hold job hunting support courses and job hunting preparation courses in a planned manner. Taking advantage of the unique characteristics of small faculties and departments, we hold individual interviews to meet the individual's personality, qualities, and wishes, and take detailed steps to fully support each student in becoming the person they want to be.
