The slogan and brand vision represent the reform policy of Hokkaido Bunkyo University.
Making the most of students' individuality means guiding them to independence by making the most of each student's unique personality.
It means using your abilities to create "joy" together with others, and showing a way of life that allows you to feel "gratitude" to those around you.
Our university's vision is for students and alumni to connect the cycle of this joy and gratitude one by one, and become a base for spreading it both within and outside Hokkaido.
To achieve this, we develop people with three core competencies who can proactively address events occurring around them and in society.
Furthermore, all of us in the faculty and staff will take the lead in evolving our own core capabilities and promoting reforms that will improve the quality of our education and research.

We aim to develop students' ability to continue to grow, not only in their major fields, but also by expanding their expertise into related fields.
