Get off at the Eniwa IC on the expressway. Turn left at the expressway exit and go straight along Eniwa River (Route 117).
Pass Eniwa Civic Hall and Eniwa Elementary School on your right, cross the viaduct, turn right at the Koganekita 4-chome intersection, go straight with the junior high school on your left, and arrive at Hokkaido Bunkyo University.
